method is one of the healthiest ways to prepare a meat burger, because it is
free of harmful fats, in addition to the fact that the meat from which the

ingredients that were used are healthy and natural ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
- Half a kilogram of lean ground meat, free of fat and grease, with one onion and 3 cloves of garlic.
- A small spoon of salt.
- Pinch of black pepper.
- A teaspoon of ground coriander.
- A teaspoon of olive oil.
- Two slices of fresh lettuce.
- Two slices of fresh tomatoes.
- Several slices of fresh onion.
- Two slices of light cheese.
- Special wheat bun for a burger.
- Yoghurt sauce with garlic paste.
How
to prepare:
- Mix the minced meat well with a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a teaspoon of ground coriander and olive oil, and leave it to rest for half an hour.
