Food is very important
for our life. Human beings need food to grow, replicate and maintain good
health. Without food, our bodies cannot stay warm, build or repair tissues.
Good food helps us to prevent diseases are recover fast from illness. Our food
contains certain chemical substances called nutrition. These nutrients assistance
our body to perform their important functions. They are classified as carbohydrates
proteins former fats vitamins and minerals and water.
Junk food is the food
that is quick and easy to prepare and eat but is considered to be bad for
one’s health. It comprises a lot of fats and sugar. It includes potato chips, candies, sugar, chocolate
and other such things. It is high in calories but of slight nutritional value.
It does not form any vital part of a well-balanced diet. Sometimes it is eaten
in place of food or in addition to regular meals. It is easily available at
shops or utility stores. Usually, people of all ages eat junk food. But
children love to eat it. As it is delicious,
they eat it with elation.
Junk food that
consists of sugar and chocolate cause tooth decay, particularly in children.
They eat sugary junk food and do not brush their teeth. So their teeth begin to
decay.

that junk food is not good for one’s health. Therefore, it should not
frequently be eaten. The children should be persuaded to abandon their habit of
eating junk food. If they do not pay any heed to this advice they should
forcibly be stopped from eating junk food.
